FastCGI process exited unexpectedly 的原因及解决办法

按照教程升级PHP到使用FASTCGI方式，但是打开网页却提示:

FastCGI Error

The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.

Error Details:

• The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly

HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

这个其实是因为原来旧的PHP.INI文件放windows目录下未删除...
结果存在两个php.ini干扰了FastCGI的运行,删除后搞定
