jQuery获取访问者IP地址的方法（使用新浪和QQ的API）

这里使用了jQuery读取新浪API来获取访问者IP地址对应的地址的方法。但因新浪API接口信息里面不包括IP地址信息，因此这里再调用了QQ接口来读取，不过目前发现QQ不能用
